Old Hall Farm

Our dairy specialises in raw Jersey milk, milkshakes, cream, butter, ghee, ice cream and much more from our own 100% PASTURE FED Jersey cows who are allowed to keep their calves with them rather than weaning at birth - usually for 8-12 months but this can be longer depending on the cow and calf pair.

The idea for our business was born out of a love for Jersey cows and everything we do is influenced by this. We use simple artisan processes for all of our products, and believe in quality over quantity. We farm using principles of Holistic Management and Agroecology to improve the levels of biodiversity on the farm, and sequester carbon into the soil. It is our strong belief that farmers can help save the planet, and this concept is built into the running of the farm and indeed, of the whole business.
